Christopher Timothy - British actor, born 14th October 1940, Bala, Wales.

Trained at Central School of Speech and Drama. Best known for playing James Herriot in the BBC drama series about a rural vet's practice, 'All Creatures Great and Small' (1978).

Films include 'Othello' (1965), 'Here We Go Round The Mulberry Bush' (1967), and 'The Virgin Soldiers' (1969).
