Performers included here are instrumentalists who have devoted their careers mainly to classical music and the teaching of classical music in a conservatory or music school setting. They should have a classical training and perform individually as soloists or with such music organizations as symphonic orchestras, chamber orchestras, and also with smaller ensembles such as duos, trios, quartets, quintets, etc.
