A member of the fourth generation of the musical Casadesus family, Dominique Probst (1954-) gained renown as a composer and a percussionist. Born to Gisèle Casadesus and the actor Lucien Pascal, Probst carries on a family tradition of music making and composition. His output includes works for opera, theater, the ballet, film, radio, and television.
