Vixen, an all-female rock band, was first put together back in 1981. Their self-titled debut album was recorded in 1988 and went Gold in the US. But in spite of their huge success, the band split in 1991 - shortly after the release of their second album, "Rev It Up".Vixen reformed in 1997 with a new line-up and recorded their third album, "Tangerine", which was released in May 1998.
