Adrian Biddle, born on July 20, 1952, passed away from a heart attack on December 7, 2005. He was a well-known and highly respected cinematographer whose credits include "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason", "Shanghai Knights", "Reign of Fire", "City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold", "Thelma and Louise", "The Princess Bride" and "Aliens".

He will most likely be best remembered for his work on "V for Vendetta". The film is dedicated to him in his honor.

Howe, James Wong

Sites devoted to the prolific, Academy Award-winning cinematographer of over 130 Hollywood films, from 1921's "The Breaking Point" to 1975's "Funny Lady".

McGarvey, Seamus

Seamus McGarvey - British cinematographer, born 29 June 1967. Armagh, Northern Ireland, UK.

He has shot the films of some of the most exciting and innovative directors working in Britain today and his camera work has been frequently praised in film reviews.

His recent films include 'The War Zone' directed by Tim Roth, 'Stand and Deliver' and 'Jump the Gun' both directed by Les Blair, and 'The Hours' directed by Stephen Daldry.

In 1998 he was invited to join the British Society of Cinematographers, becoming its youngest ever member.

Unsworth, Geoffrey

Geoffrey Unsworth - British cinematographer with an international reputation for his innovations and technical expertise. Born 1914, London, England, UK, died (during the shooting of 'Tess') 28 October 1978, Brittany, France.

He created a front projection technique for the effects in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968).

He earned an Oscar for his filming of Cabaret (1972) and Tess (1979).
