Agatha Christie had her first story published in 1920. Since that time, her novels and stories have made her one of the most popular mystery authors of all time.Two of Christie's most well-known characters are Hercule Poirot (featured in over 30 novels) and Miss Jane Marple (featured in over 12 books).
