Female ejaculation is the female equivalent of male ejaculation involving the expulsion of ejaculatory fluid. Not all women experience it but many do. The ejaculate commonly issues from the urethra but can also come from the vagina. It occurs at times of intense sexual arousal. For women female ejaculation is not confined to orgasm alone but can precede orgasm as a separate event, can accompany orgasm, can accompany extended multiple orgasm and can follow orgasm. Female ejaculation and involuntary or voluntary urination are not the same thing.
