Minimum Content Requirements: 10 listed participating sites at the time of submission other than those which are controlled by or affiliated with the Top List webmaster. Niche sites are required to have 5 sites at the time of submission. Once listed, Top Lists should remain active (ie. be receiving hits in and sending them out). Inactive top lists will be removed from the directory. Submission Guidelines: Sites are NOT permitted to contain: To ensure surfers find sites of value, our listing criteria requires that Link Sites only link to what is deemed sufficient, unique, and quality content. Webmasters must regularly maintain and update their Link Sites, be actively adding new links, and edit their Top Lists' participating sites titles and descriptions to reflect content accurately. |
