Sites must meet all minimum content requirements and submission guidelines, otherwise will be deleted from the directory.
Minimum Content Requirements: 10 listed participating sites at the time of submission other than those which are controlled by or affiliated with the Top List webmaster. Niche sites are required to have 5 sites at the time of submission. Once listed, Top Lists should remain active (ie. be receiving hits in and sending them out). Inactive top lists will be removed from the directory.
